Sharp FO-4400 dirty copies

Receiving faxes they have dirty copies. I replaced the drum, toner and transfer roller within the last month and the issue is back. It is an ongoing problem. The fax machine has about 95 k on it. Any ideas would be appreciated.

Check out the teflon roller. I can have a toner build up.

I have just replaced the fuser unit. You can see the problem on the toner and drum cartridge. It just keeps reoccurring. Last I checked it was 7K and I had to replace the units again.

You may have an issue with the transfer roller or the HV connector assy. Both really suck to replace. Next time you get the background try doing an all memory clear before changing anything. If it fixes your issue the customer needs to get a good surge protector. I had a few machines do this to me and that was the fix. If you check the machine specs in the manual it says the fuser life is 50K and the machine life is 50K!! What the hell are they talking about!
Good luck

I know it's expensive, but if your seeing the toner buildup on the mag roller or drum, I replace both units. Are these OEM units? =^..^=

It's over !

This is out of the DC535 Manual. I'm sure the FO-4400 wouldn't be any longer, but It's not in the manual that I could find. 75K is the life of the machine. I just replaced a DC535 that had 120K on it doing the same thing. I replaced the drum in November, they called last week with dirty prints. Sold them a new unit.
My guess would be the transfer roller since it's really the only thing in there that would affect the drum?

On one machine I did replace the drum, toner, transfer roller, HV unit. So far it has not come back. I am not sure if I gave it enough time yet. I got to check. I think I will replace the same things.

I did point out the life cycle to a few people and they all seem to dismiss it.
