Panasoic UF-5950 help

I was just checking to see if anyone had some experiance with these machines and could help me out on a Panasonic UF-5950. We have a customer who we just put the machine out in the field a few weeks ago and shes getting a light background that covers the entire page of her faxes and internal copys. We recently replaced the toner cartridge/ drum unit and the problem seems to be still there. I called technical support and they told me to check the laser power adjust but other then that not much for a fix. The machine is under warranty but were just looking to see if any one else had a problem with background and the things to look for when fixing them.
