Samsung SCX 4200/4300

Hello friends,
I need the Firmware of Samsung SCX 4200 and SCX 4300.
From where i can get this software?
My SCX 4200 shows ERROR TONER EMPTY, I want to solve this with out changing the new CARTRIDGE, PLEASE need help.

Hi This is not a frimware fault. On some machines you can reset the cartridge in the tech mode. or you could do a ram clear. but it will not last long as there will only be a little bit toner left.

Oh dear........

empty toner, means empty toner mate. No firmware, software or reset will change that fact. New cartridge required. The machine will detect that the cartridge is empty.

On these machines you can get into the tech mode and turn off the toner warning light. If you do that you MUST remember that you did so and when the customer starts getting light copies don't freak out and start replacing boards.
