customer removed the yellow toner. said she had a real hard time of it. the NEW cart. will not go into the HOUSING ASSY. that holds it in place. looking at it i found that the yellow "gate" on the right side is in the locked up position. needs to be down covering the toner inlet and in the unlocked position so toner cart will go into the HOUSING ASSY. i can't get it to move at all. any ideals? I'm calling it a "gate" not sure just what to call it. sure hope someone has worked on this printer and can help me thanks a million howard
