Xerox Faxcentre F12 receiving light faxes

Customer is receiving faxes significantly lighter than when making a copy. Copies are black. Any help is appreciated. Frank/ActionPhotocopy

i own this model it a nice printer and scanner and fax can you change the resolution dpi you recieve faxes from other people and it prints the same? clean the charge wire mayb you toners low pull out shake it chech.
