    ????

Drum or toner cartridge. I mean the machine is brand new I would hope that there would not be too many things wrong with it. I already had to put a new yellow drum in it because it was deffictive. Would lightning strike twice in one machine? I am really not impressed with the quality of this machine.

    I did do the update.

That has been done, but I called Samsung on this yellow drum on the machine that went bad, and they had me roll it back. They said they were having issues with the new firmware. I do not know the number off the top of my head, but it is the lastest minus one.

I'd second the firmware thing, I have 2 of these and I'd have to check what the latest software is, I think IIRC that its 81, but I'll get back to ya.. the latest software supposedly fixes a buncha things...

    Samsung Printers or Copiers

Having worked for a dealer that carried Samsung as one of their product line, I can say that this is one of the worst machines in the marjet today. Not only is the cost of operation high, It is also a poor design. I honestly believe that 4 of 5 of these machines sold was returned to the shop in days.
