Even when waste container is virtually empty waste container full message appears. One problem seems to be that the neck area of the container where the waste full sensor reads is almost directly below where waste toner enters container. If a small amount of toner adheres to this area then the sensor thinks container is full. It appears to be a design flaw of mfr.
Customer called back to say now they also get a waste motor message. Any info and advice on this machine is very much appreciated. Frank/ActionPhotocopy
There was a bulletin on this problem a while back, you have to replace the sensor with a different style sensor, call samsung and get the updated sensor.
