I have a customer with a Xerox 6360 that is having intermittently back grounding. Have had back grounding from all colors but yellow. Only had two colors back grounding at the same time once and they were cyan and magenta. Customer has noted to me that if they open and close the front cover it will print for a few pages and then back to back grounding again. Very intermittent. Have check the printers ground and all seems to be ok.
Any suggestions will be appreciated
