I have just taken over an account with many dell printers. I have been having trouble with several printers multi feeding sheets of paper. Anyone that has seen this issues before please let me know how you have resolved it.
I have seen that the Media drive clutch sticks causing the paper to keep feeding. I replaced the media clutch assm. with the pivot arm. If my memory is correct this crosses to a Lexmark 350-450
