    DELL 1320C

    This printer has a 007-371 error code. Have the xerox manual for it but that code is not in it (or i can't find it) any help on this thanks howard

    If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

    Why would you think a dell code would be in a Xerox manual?

    Becuase several of the Dell Color printers use the Xerox engine.

    Dell actually uses the same diagnostic sequences and error codes as the corresponding Fuji/Xerox engine, which I believe is a DocuPrint C1100. Although this is also a Xerox 6130/6140 machine, US Xerox decided to use a different error code scheme. I can't tell you for sure, but I believe it is a drive/motor failure.
