    Xerox Phaser 3100

    Hi to all,
    I have a Xerox Phaser 3100 with pale copies, the prints are OK.


    I have done scanner calibration but the copies are still pale.
    can someone help please.

    take apart the scanner and see if the optics are foggy...if the internal test page is great and the print pages are great then the scanner is either dirty (foggy) or not happy!
