    Konica minolta magicolor 2430dl

    WORKING ON A KONICA MINOLTA MAGICOLOR 2430 DL THAT WILL NOT RECOGNIZE THE TONER CARTRIDGES. IT SAYS "BLACK CARTRIGE NOT INSTALLED" SO THINKING CUSOTMER HAD INSTALL WRONG I TOOK IT OUT REINSTALLED AND THEN IT CALLED FOR THE YELLOW CARTRIDGE. TOOK IT OUT REINSTALLED THEN IT CALLED FOR THE BLACK AGAIN. ANYBODY RUN INTO THIS BEFOR?
