Hello,
Don't know if this will help as I only have info for the CLP-770 which I believe is very much like the 610.
1> enter tech mode Menu>up>left>ok>right>stop>menu
2> select Data Setup
3> select Counter Reset
4> select Fuser
5> if it asks select OK then once it has gone through the process just go back to main user screen.
Like i say this is for the 770 but it should be along the same lines of what you need.
I don't have the full service manual for the machines just a few bit n bobs I have found about the internet. However I do think that someone like manuals4u will have what you want!

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
