Xerox P12 laser Priner Pickup jam

this Xerox p12 laser printer is in a good shape, pick up roller looks good, fuser unit good, cartridge good but when you do the test page, the paper is not taking up(sometimes worked for 2 pages), the roller is turning, I do not think that roller is wore out, see the tire it is like new. some help???

clean the pick roll with rubber cleaner or alchol, also check the tray snubbers.
