XEROX 635 FAX

FAX SAYS REPLACE DRUM. DRUM REPLACED. USED ONLY XEROX DRUM, SUPPOSED TO RESET AUTOMATICALLY. STILL SAYS REPLACE DRUM?? ANY SUGGESTIONS...THANKS

if it is a Workcenter Pro 635, it is a Toshiba TF631, I\'ll se what else I can dig up for you.

When the Drum Unit requires replacement, the Fuser Cleaner and
Ozone Filter must also be replaced. Do not replace the Drum Unit
with one that has been used. The DRUM LIFE WARNING display
does not clear if a used Drum Unit is installed.

That's what the SM only says.

Turn unit off. Hold down the 1, 3, 0 buttons and turn unit on.

display will say fc/mr hit the 0 button then start.

Turn off and on.

This will reset the drum.
