error shown on printer:
solid red ink button
blinking power button

error shown on epson status monitor
ink cartridges not support for the printer all colors



now the ink im using is the correct ink cartridges for the machine and brand new but they are not being recognized as the correct unit i have clean up the rod the print head rides on i clean the connection points on the printhead. If i take them out and reseat them some of the unit are seen as right and full but the others are not when i reseat them again its does it again only the colors that are seen as wrong unit are random


also the lid to the printhead unit is off also tried to install a continuealy ink feeder it gives me the same results are the same

any help will be thankfull
