Small, tabletop, simple to work on. Does that cover it?
I think I'd print an Event Log in 2+6 power on > Reports, then look up the jam code. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

well since the GM decided to help another dealer out with this ship in, and we are not in anyway a Lexmark dealer/reseller I have exactly 0 (zero) parts and supplies in stock. OBTW I've made 2 attempts to visit the customer location and both times no one was there...............................

Lexmarks are kind of like HPs (well, at least the ones I've seen anyway) in this way: that the drum and developer units can be replaced easily by the user. So depending on the level of service you are required to provide, replacing them might not even be your problem.
As for encountering the ghost post, some places in the smaller towns out here on the frontier are rather notorious for being entirely void of human life when I stop by (well, except for me, I guess). In case it will help, here's what I do when I encounter that for the first time - I either leave them a note on a piece of paper on their front door (used business cards back in the day when I had some, now I just use whatever's handy) or a message on their answering machine asking them to call the mothership and leave a message listing some of the times they will be around. Usually if I know that I can fit them in, and I don't go back until I hear from them.
