What interval in millimeters does the anomaly re-occur? =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

machines with all in one cartridges [monochrome]. are simple to troubleshoot print quality issues. First do the stop test, that is when you determine that the paper has reach half way past the drum, open the the door and look at the image on the paper. if all is good then you would eliminate the all in one drum unit and look at the fuser unit or whatever after the drum section. I have methods for troulbleshooting 4 colour too.
How did you determine the drum is ok, not by just looking at the drum, or ever rotating it. If the mag roller is contaminated or scratched it will reflect that on the image printed. have repaired lots of all in one by removing the drum section and checking and cleaning the mag roller. how to clean is a few lines more by itself.
As cat asked for the repetition distances of the marks, those usually would tell which culprit is at fault and the service manuals usually have a page that shows those references. not all manuals have them though.
but you can be fooled with those sometime.
