I just got a KIP C7800 sent down and the trucking firm managed to make a meal of it!
Anyway... I've got it running now in a fashion and have a couple of problems that perhaps someone can help me with.
1. The media settings will not change - seems to be a software issue? was pre-existing before shipping! You load the roll and change the settings, but it just reverts to the previous settings.
2. Often the sheet will miss the fuser! it feeds up to the fuser ok and then seems to curl and miss the entry to the fuser... thinking it's shit paper but worth mentioning I think.
I'd love some assistance with this if anyone is familiar and has software!?
