HP pagewide pro 77740z duplex-error

Hi there!
Since 5 month we´re selling this machines. Many, many errors, fw-mistakes etc... I really don´t like them. On tuesday i was with a collegue at a customer with 30 of these boxes. One had the problem: errorcode 61.B5.15 & no funktion. We opend the left door where the duplex-path is installed - and a little (2mm long like belonging to a watch!) screw fell down. The green marked motor hangs loose in the door. We were lucky, finding the 2nd screw inside the door. The reassembly was tricky, because we had to organize a torx 4 screwdriver (HP says you only need 6, 8, 10 & 20 on this engine, hahaha). After reinstalling the little screws (red arrow) we saved them with little drops of Tipex.
