HP M602 - Offsetting after machine sits idle

I have this HP M602 I know nothing about that I've been tryi ng to fix with offsetting issues. I have replaced the fusing unit but the issue is still there. The customer has replaced the print cartridge as well. For some reason it would appear that the machine is not hot enough to print even though it states it is ready. Suggestions for this one would be met with the utmost appreciation.
