So, you are not worried about replacing drum/s over life? But just for a message?

Jamming will come from worn feeds that are also pm parts. What about drum gearing? That will surely cause issues, jamming also.
Does the dev unit last 2 times also?
I don't condone trying to double life of parts. But if you keep it clean, most times you could get more out of it.

Let me explain. We PM our machines regularly checking print quality & parts life replacing feed rollers every visit.
A week later customer calls up saying machine is calling for a drum when we know the print quality is 100% perfect this is a waste. I run a “green” company we don’t want to add to land fill.
