Does anyone have access to the firmware for this machine? Trying to resolve an F101 error

Also, are all these hard drives those special Wipe Technology drives or can they be either.

If you are registered on Oki BPX you can put in a support email and I believe there is a SKU for the MPS3537 MPS4242 firmware package. Data overwrite Kit GP-1070 part number44955201
