Advice on Duplo 460

Hello, I'm not a technician, but I run a Duplo at work. I was wondering if anyone could offer some advice. We actually have 4 at work, but only one has this problem. I get unauthorized master roll with every new master I put in, (i am using duplo masters). It didnt start off that way, at first I would just get it from time to time when I put in a new roll, so we just assumed it was a bad master and put another one in and it was fine. But as time went by more and more of them came up unauthorized and now they all do. I can still run, it makes the master, tells me its unauthorized, I hit print anyway, it prints, then I open the top just adjust the master roll slightly and it will make the next master and work fine. But it will do this every fifth master I make. So I have to open and adjust all day. When we are busy we make alot of masters several hundred a day. So it becomes a real pain to have to reset this over and over. We have had several duplo technician out, they all say they are stumped and have asked all around and no one else ever had this problem. I've had one tell me the masters must be bad, I don't believe every roll is bad, plus it doesnt do it in the other Duplos, I personally think something has just gotten worn out, due to the high volume of masters we make in a day, and I also have my theories on what might be getting worn out. Any suggestions or ideas would be helpful

sounds like the sensor that reads the black marks on the master roll are bad or out of adj
