OKI C5550MFP error code 0203

Hi Guys,

I have a machine (Oki C5550MFP) that when the fax is used comes up with error 0203 (CU board program failure in the service manual) i am new to oki equipment. anyone had this before i start ripping it apart???

I didn't have that code before, but you can always try to reinstall or upgrade the Engine firmware before you change the CU-Board.

Try lowering the baud rate to 9.6 kbs and turn off ECM you should see how to in the user manual
