Please help I'm incurable...

The machine is Risograph RN2050EP. It gives D02-532 error code. And it says "Wrong drum inserted". It was normal. Sometimes it is saying "add ink" but there is also ink in it. And we reseted it from simulation. And now it is saying "D02-532" "wrong drum inserted". Please help... İf there will any ideas I'll try them all... please help...

hi .when i checked the manual i found
do2-532 incorrect print drum is used
if you are sure about your drum cylinder is correct one.why don"t you check if there is bad contacts or something wrong with sensors .....or the machine itself does not recognize the print drum unit check the wires & boards

Thank you very much Montana. Yes I'm sure drum is correct one. It was normally working before we reseted it from simulation. The problem had appeared after the reset.
