WE are new to the samsung product, We just set up 5 6345 and one has a bad hard drive the bummer is we got the machines before any type of training or manules so i am in the dark until we recieve everything. Anyway i wanted to know what functions cant i use until i receive the hard drive. Thanks for your replys

I should have added that the copier function works fine.

We have five 6345 MFP and some of them has weird problems. For example when I try to switch on the machine, it starts to initialize. It is normal, but when it has finished the initialization it reboots. I thought that maybe the HDD gone wrong so I replaced it. Some days later the problem occurred again. I tried to replace the network card and the memory too but it didn't help. After that I replaced the Main Board (with the HDD and memory). It worked for a while but now something is broken again. If I disconnect the HDD, the machine works fine but I can't reach the "Scan to SMB" function and this would be important. Of course I did the firmware upgrade and I tried to use some back number versions too. By choise I would crash up this shit.
