Ricoh Aficio MC4500 - help please

I bought this used copier and can not get service out here for it. It is less than a year old. I have most things figured out accept how to get past the level 2 protection on the menus. I have already shut it down in the web interface but that was no good. Realy nice copier.

The first thing to do it to log in as supervisor to do that hit user tools the the login button then enter supervisor for the user name and no password. I can't remember exactly but somewhere under system settings, admin there is something like user auth mgmt where you can change the admin password. If you get that changed you can login as admin and turn off all the admin auth crap.
