all docs are at oceusa.com / desktop / fx3000 / docs and drivers ps it is the menu screen
Can you make any photocopies at all? Are you just having trouble setting up fax reports? Any error messages?
You can contact the Oce support number that accompanied the machine to have a service technician help you with this issue, if it is under a maintenance agreement. If not, you will be charged for a service visit. I can help you through here as best as I can.
I appreciate the help and info greatly!!! We finally got it to copy still no confirmation report.

I told ya where manuals are. It is simple. Press menu press #3 or scroll down to 'fax", press #4 or scroll to "set up report" than pick your choice. It is a nice little Brother mach I got a Fx2700 its the same thing.
Very true, solid machines. A common problem has arose in my territory and I have confirmed it has been encountered in our other territories as well, the FX3000 will get a nasty grinding/clunking sound from the paper tray when trying to copy/print. Pull the tray and check the gears on the left side for damage, if ok, readjust the rear paper guide and back it off the stack of paper 1 notch. You should be able to turn the gear by hand while loaded with paper, lifting the stack. If you can't turn it by hand, then back it off. If the gear is damaged, contact Oce Service for replacement.
it is common, little bit of pain getting those little gears out also those fuser gears go too.
