samsung 6555n fax forward storage

Is anyone else having a proplem with this feature not working? It works on the older 6345 series and not on the new 6555n. We have tried new firmware from manufacture, no change, they say its a firmware issue but i think there jerking our chain'''. If anyone has these machine with fax forward storage working please let me know. thanks
