Okidata C5800 Fatal Error 03

Customer's machine throwing up this error. Wants to know if it is worth repairing. We don't have a manual for this model. Any guidance would be appreciated.

The manual says that the printer is receiving invalid or corrupt data. Try printing from a laptop or other computer to see if the error returns. If it does try to print out a configuration list (just stand alone, without network cable or USB cable attached). If the configuration list prints out OK, then it could be a bad controller board.
