Crosses to a Sharp AL 1651
Would anyone happen to be familier with a Duplo Docucate MD-161D?
It seems to cross to a Sharp AL 1651 (?). Customer called and it has an error of System Error 04. I can't find anything on it and even checked duplo's site.
Any help of any kind?
