Kip 3000 Skewed prints

I have a KIP 3000 that is Skewing the image. We are planning on putting it under contract, but I'd like to resolve the skew first. The machine skews the image from top to bottom, but not along the paper moving direction, in other words at the top left of a horizontal line, it measures 10mm from the edge of the paper to the line, at the top right of the line, it measures 16mm. The distance across is about 24 inches. At this time the machine is at their warehouse. Is this a leveling issue, or could this be a more serious problem? Thanks in advance.

I doubt it is a level issue. Is this a scan or print document? if it is a scan then run the scanner alignment and check the feed rollers in the feeder. If it is a print issue then check the registration rollers, clutch and paper path, also the cutter.
