Plockmatic BM 61 / DHS 100

Hello,

we're thinking about getting a Plockmatic BM 61 booklet maker. By now all of our machines (2xKM C5501 and a Xerox DC 5000AP) don't have any finishers, so we have to do all of the finishing stuff by hand.

I'm favouring on offline solution. Anybody out there with some words on the realibilty of the BM61 or the DHS100?

A bit late I know, but we have been using a Plockmatic '60 in conjunction with a Plockmatic 310 collator now for about 7 years. regular work is 600 X 6 sheet A3 stapled & folded fortnightly. Each run takes a little over an hour. We keep a can of antistatic cleaner on hand, but otherwise has been ok till now. We have an intermittent failure of the folding/eject roller drive motor, but otherwise has been great. Just here checking to see if anyone has posted a download location for a tech manual, otherwise will start a thread enquiring.
