    model numbers

    Hi,

Sorry if I have posted this in the wrong place and I am guessing it will have been asked lots of times in the past but I have not been able to find the info over the past few weeks of searching.

I have just started working on Olivetti, Konica Minolta and Kyocera and I am struggling to get my head round the model numbers for the same machines does anyone have or seen anywhere this information can be found. I know several of them but this is really starting to cause me problems when been past calls and I am trying to create a spreadsheet.

again I am sorry for a simple question

It's not complete, but a good start. I'll be interested in if anyone can fill in the gaps.

This is an Excel spreadsheet. You can attach an Excel spreadsheet if it's zipped. =^..^=
    Attached Files Attached Files
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Thanks for the replies I started doing a similar list years ago when I used to work on xerox devices. I will see if I still have it for you to add but it will be several years out of date as not worked on them for years.

I dont think I made it fully clear I have access to most ofthe manuals but some are in diffrent manufacturers names and model numbers when I get to site to reduce repetition. This may have been good idea if you knew all machines models but I dont and struggling at minute.
