    Thanks for the reply. You are right about the drum its faulty. I manage to borrow a drum from our sister company last week and that fix the problem. By the way is the charging corona wire the one below or above the drum?

    The Charging Assy is located upper portion of the drum. The Transfer assy is the one directly down of the drum...
