and don't look back
There has got to be a story behind this. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

We have a few of these out there. We haven't had any issues whatsoever other than one that was defective out of the box. SO FAR it's been set em and forget em.
We sell the Toshiba variant, we have several where the slit glass gets deep scratches in it and you have to replace the whole scanner bed at a cost of $600.00 and it takes hours to replace. Also who's bright idea was it to cause the machine to stop operating when a part reaches its life expectancy??
We also have the Toshiba rebadges. Like most other Oki's the color is richly saturated, the consumables are expensive, and it was never really designed to be taken apart. Who's brilliant idea was it for the scanner to tip over on it's side, and to be balanced on those two slender pillars?
The consumables are very easy to change, if you can get your keyop to try it. =^..^=
