If fuser is allright, I would go into f8 mode and rest fuser main counter.I did that on a few rainbow series allready...Fuser is very expensive.around 600$ our cost...Th.

Just some friendly advice....if you need a fuser, buy the PM kit that includes it. WHile the fuser by itself is $600, the PM kit that includes the fuser in it, is only 350-400! Plus you get some "extra" PM items.

The 120k PM kit for these machine has the wire relocating harness for the furser unit. And when doing the 120k PM you replace about half the fuser parts. The 240k kit includes the ENTIRE fuser unit. And the 480k kit you need to do dev changes on the machine.

But I would recommend just resetting the counter until you actually start to get bad copy quality before you go changing out fuser stuff. It will drastically lower your cost per copy on the machine if you can delay on doing any PM work for some time. I've pushed off a 120k PM untill almost 200k pages. The only reason I did it at 200 wasn't the fuser, it was the transfer belt leaving a slight mark on a page.

    Good Luck!

    Re: dp-c322 fuser

I'm not familiar with the resetting process(Konica dealer) How do I clear the fuser counter? I saw the perform "f8-26" counter reset, but where do I do that at?
Everyone has the right to be stupid. Some people just abuse this privelage more than others
