I am trying to upgrade the Firmware on a DPC264 - I have dowloaded the zipped file from the official panasonic support site.

When i go to unzip it the dialog box asks for a password to unzip the file.

any ideas what the password is?

If you downloaded it from the B2B site on panasonic then you will have access to the bulletins section. I'm not sure if all passwords for firmware are the same or different by model number, but there are bulletins for each one stating what the password is.
