DP-8045 black screen

I have a DP-8045 in the field and a month ago they called for touch screen problems. I realized the touch screen was mis-calibrated. I did the proper calibration and all went OK.
I went again today to the customer because he faced "the same problem". The touch panel did not do anything at all. I turned the power of the copier OFF, then ON and from that time the touch panel is black. No icons, no back-light.
I thought that the problem is the LCD module but I read the post of Magebomba in this post and I think: it could be only the inverter PCB?

Anyone faced same problems?

Personally I would start with re-seating all the connections to the lcd. I had this problem a few months back and thats all it was. If that doesn't work then go down the replace parts list. LCD first, and work your way down to the pcb. It could very well be the pcb but then again it could also be as simple as re-seating the connector. Hope this helps.

Yes. You are right. I forgot to say that I already did that. I unplugged and plugged every connector to the control panel. No change. (Thanks for your answer.)

Here I am again. Finally I found that the problem is the control panel pcb. I am waiting for a new one so I can change it.
