    Angry Panasonic DP4520

Having an error E01-22 problem(polygon motor synchronization problem). Already swapped out the polygon assemble and the LVPS. Think it's the SPC PCB, but none i could swap. Just checking if anyone had this problem before i order the SPC PCB. Thanks

It's been a while now but if my memory is correct, I had that error on a 4510 copier once that just did not want to go away no matter what I did. I believe it ended up being the DRV pcb afterall. Hope this helps. Good Luck.

There was also a problem with the small laser connector. It was a mod on 6010. might give that a shot. If memory serves me went from laser to sc pcb

Have had the same problems with the 6020 series had to replace the spc board. Also figured out that the problem was caused by customer getting mad and slamming the main tray to hard.

The problem is the laser safety switch at the front door interlock area.

If its not your laser safety switch I'd say its the larger of the 2 harnesses that plug into the LSU. I have seen this bad on several 45xx and 60xx.
