    Panasonic FP-D455

    Can anyone tell me how to reset from an error code. I have replaced the sensor that the error indicated, but the error is still there.

    Help Please as it is driving me mad.

    Error Codes showing are as follows

    Main error is E 03 11
    The other appears on occasions being E 03 12

    I was thinking E3-11/12 were codes for coronas.

    Hi Dave

    E03-11 is a HV leak which would normally be caused by dirty corona wires, Remove the primary and transfer corona units, clean the units and scrape or replace the wires. i have also come accross issues that when the drum wears through the surface at the front or rear of the drum (outside of the paper path) that can also cause HV problems.
