DP 1820 p not responding

Hi every body
ihave aprob. wiz m/c after it warmedup normally it does't respond to copy , just gives peep sound
Its go in ready mode normally .
any one can help ?

Hi

i belive its a firmware issue, i guess everything looks ok with the machine, Ready to copy etc?

just beeps when u press the start button ?

u may have to peform a shipment set in F9 mode (service mode)

Thanks friends

itried to update firmware in f9 but it faild to upgrade , it gives me 2 choices from card ( doesnot respond) & from USB ( its inncomplete)

any other soluations pls

the best way to upgrade the firmware is by using a crossover cable from a laptop/pc. whatever u do dont do it through a standard network.

u will need to download the firmware update tool from the Panasonic service website.

however try the shipment set 1st, u may find that u will not need to do the firmware update
