DP-C322 all buttons make copy

I've got a strange one here. No matter what button is pressed on the machine, it instantly makes a copy from the glass. Can't even get into service mode, as soon as you press the function button, it makes a copy! Have power cycled the machine with both switches, have left off and unplugged for over 5 minutes...still just copies whenever a button is pressed. The start button isn't smashed in nor are any other buttons. All push down easily.

Have you tried forcing an error,like booting with the front door opened ,so you can get into service mode? it has helped me in the past.....You could try a shippment set and if you cant, reload the firmware.Ho and if you have the device monitor installed on a computer,it might give you some clues too....Th.

we have had this a few times it will be the copy button remaining on there is a modded button which stops this.
