    DP-8060 Jamming under drum.

I have a DP8060 that is catching the drum pawl on the front side of the machine. I have replaced the HV PCB, separation transfer corona unit, drum unit, and drum. The machine can go anywhere between 1 and 1500 pages between jams. The machine has 1.4 million copies. Any other ideas on what it could be?

It is a poor timing issue from the factory. Getting any E3-12's? From the paper breaking the corona wire on removal (frustration).
    1) Take the drum unit out and at the rear base of the sep fingers put something with a sticky backside (layers of electrical tape will work) in there to make the gap with the drum smaller.
    2) With the drum out of the machine and transport unit out of the machine loosen the one screw holding the solenoid in the back wall. Push the solenoid to the left and tighten (it won't move far).
    3) Adjust F6-58 and F6-60 to +8 (separation AC voltage 1st and 2nd side). You might hear a small hum with this maxed but it's better than paper jams.

Cheap paper doesn't help anything either.

    Good Luck

If it is a J40 check these 2 things,
cheat the door and watch the seperator solenoid. They stick with dirt and age. Also check to see if the erase lamp under corona 2 is seated properly. The middle and rear clips fall out all the time.

Getting a J40, how can we cheat the door to watch the seperator solenoid.
