DP-C264 - 2nd side of copies pulling developer

I have a strange problem I have never seen before. When you copy or print double sided you get what seems to be black developer on the 2nd side of the copy (feels sandy and wipes off the page without impacting the image quality) I am fairly sure it is the black because it happens in b&w or Color mode. I have changed all the consumable items (Drum, Dev unit, Dev, STR, ect but the problem is still there. I am thinking it is a 2nd side charge issue of some kind and was hoping someone has seen this before and could point me in the right direction.

    Thanks for the Help !

that is strange, have u stopped the machine mid cycle as its applying the image onto the I.T belt, you then can check for sure which drum/dev is causing problems

Also try printing half tones for each colour from F1 in the service mode, see if that picks anything up

Change F5-157 to Min (from medium). There is a bulletin M-0199i on this and I have used it once.

    Good Luck
