When scanning I need to feed one paper at a time cuz it causes paper jams. It eat's two or three papers. I'm suspecting its the feeder roller but how do I locate it? I'm not on site I'm providing remote support. Thanks guys..

replace dfp pad in adf

Onetek is right. There is a double feed prevention tongue in the ADF. You might check as these get pushed down and stick causing double feeds. In a pinch, you can even flip them over..
