    Panasonics resetting themselves

    I have a had a few of this issue, on various models (dp-2330, dp-c262) the machine all of a sudden resets the electronic meters!! I only know thios because i go to do a service call and the meter reads like 1283 when it should be 187655, any clue??? Its like someone did a shipment set?

    In F7 if you reset all counters instead of the individual counters, i believe it also resets the total counter

    i could be wrong but i think i've done it myself once

    If the copier is 5 years old check the backup battery.
