Panasonic Workio DP 3530 code E05-11

    Hi,

I have a Panasonic DP 3530 with E05-11 Error code,
I notice a legal paper behind the legal paper tray, all crushed.
A lose sensor flag behind the paper tray (like a semi-circule sensor flag); the one witch sense the paper lower, intermediate and upper level when the paper tray is closed. It detects like a movement in the paper lift mechanism.
This flag moves inside a series of sensors behind the paper tray, between the paper tray and the machine, near the paper lift mechanism inside the machine.

I remove the paper, place the sensor flag in it's original position, and I simulate the paper tray in it's position.
I notice that the gear that suppose to lift the paper doesn't move at all. The machine only gave me the same error time after time.
It is some trouble reset code for this equipment?

It is usual that paper lift mechanism to fail or I'm forgot (missing) something to check?

    Thanks in advance everyone.

This error can mean the F1 fuse on the SPC is blown. You should also check the wiring harnesses for trays 1 and 2 as they can pinch and cause this error. Also, a slight chance of a bad SC, but almost always the SPC pwb. You could try unplugging both feed heads and see if the error goes away. If it does not go away, you probably have a bad SPC. If the error does not show up with trays unplugged, you have a bad wire somewhere.
Failing to plan is planning to fail!!!
