Getting some j60's on this machine. Can never duplicate while I am there. It has the hang on finisher(fs-350). The only thing I am seeing is the finisher opens tough from the machine. Thanks for reading.

There is nothing to that finisher, it should slide pretty easy away from the machine. Bent finisher frame?
